Crashes...all the time!!

When it finally works/downloads, the mag is great. But and its a big but...it can not seem to download a new months mag without crashing and or getting stuck on the unzipping part. More than frustrating!!! Cant and wont give it more than a 1.5 stars... And thats only because the mag is great when it finally works.
